Spinx Swamp Rabbit Marathon
The Swamp Rabbit Marathon is an OUT AND BACK race from Greenville's Fluor Field to Furrman University. The first half of the race follows the same course as the Run Town USA Half Marathon. After breaking away from the half marathon course, runners will take the Swamp Rabbit Trail to Furman University. Approximately 3 miles will be spent touring the Furman campus before runners return to Greenville and finish on Fluor Field.
Spinx Swamp Rabbit Marathon Relay
The Swamp Rabbit Marathon Relay is for two person teams. The handoff point is on the Swamp Rabbit Trail between Greenville and Furman. The first leg of the relay is the hilliest as it follows the same course as the Run Town USA Half Marathon. The anchor leg will take the Swamp Rabbit Trail from Greenville to Furman and back. Van transportation to the relay handoff point is provided free of charge.
GTC Run Town USA Half Marathon
The Run Town USA Half Marathon is our most popular event. The course goes through downtown Greenville, historic districts, and city parks. The 2018 edition of the race uses a straighter and flatter course than in previous years. There are fewer neighborhoods and less turns, but we're still encouraging our loyal SPINX RUN FEST FANS to come out an cheer on the runners! The course showcases scenic parts of downtown, City parks and local favorite running routes, making for an exhilarating run.
GTC Greenville Downtown 10k
The Greenville Downtown 10K follows the same course as the Run Town USA Half Marathon, except we sliced off 6 of the hardest miles of the HM resulting in a 10K course with fewer turns and hills and surprisingly fast. If you're a 10Ker, this race is the perfect choice!
GTC Big Punkin 5k Run/Walk
Dress up and run on the wild side at the GTC Big Punkin 5K! Our own “Elvis Imposter” (a.k.a. the race director) will be handing out gift cards to the best dressed participants. The Big Punkin is a competitive race so feel free to lighten up your costume and go for the win. The 2018 course is the same as the 2017 course.
