Spinx Run Fest
About this race
The biggest day of running in Greenville returns on the last Saturday of October and it's called Spinx Run Fest!
Chip Timing. Timing will use RFID chips mounted on the back of the race bibs. The timing company will post live results so you can check your results almost immediately after you finish.
Finisher Shirts. New shirts for 2026!
Packet Pick-Up- Packet pickup, late registration, and the vendor expo will be at the Kroc Center on Friday, October 23rd FROM 12PM TO 6PM.
USATF Certified Courses.
Finisher Medals - NEW for 2026! All Races will have a finisher medal!!!!!!!
Official Age-Group Awards. For each race, awards will include TOP THREE, MALE & FEMALE in the following divisions: Overall, Masters, Grandmasters and Age Groups as follows:
5K: 6-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-over.
10K: 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-over.
Half Marathon: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-over.
Marathon: 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-over.
Please note that awards will likely be different depending upon the specific race.
Races will be capped as follow: 5K - 900; 10K - 700; HM - 1500 and Marathon - 700
Join fellow runners on October 3, 2021 for the Spinx Run Fest. It's a fantastic Ultra, 0.8K, Marathon, Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Greenville.

Run all four Certified Virtual races! You pick the dates. You'll be inducted into the SRF Grand Slam Hall of Fame and receive an official certificate of completion including original art by Ed Hughes, signed by the artist! Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Spunky's Kids Run
Spunky's Halloween Kids Run is designed for kids 12 and under. The course is a little less than 1/2 mile. The finish is the same one the grown-ups use at the 3rd base dugout on Fluor Field. BEST OF ALL, THE KIDS RUN IS FREE THIS YEAR!
Swamp Rabbit Marathon
The CERTIFIED VIRTUAL Swamp Rabbit Marathon uses an out and back course very similar to the course we've used for the past several years. The race starts on the Swamp Rabbit Trail (SRT) near the Kroc Center. Runners will go north on the trail, turn around in Travelers Rest, and return to Greenville. They will overshoot the starting point and go south on the SRT to Cleveland Park. After doing a loop around the park, runners will proceed south on the Hincapie section of the SRT and loop around Greenville First Baptist Church before going north and returning to the starting point at the Kroc. The finish line is located on the SRT, several hundred yards north of the start line.
