Document your run with a before and after photo. Start your watch as you take your first step and note your total time at finish. 3. The relay team consists of 4 people. Each leg is approximately a 10K (6.2 miles). There are 3 relay categories: Marathon, U.S. Active Armed Services/Veterans and Corporate.

No Handcycles are allowed in the race for safety reasons. You are only allowed to compete using a PUSH RIM CHAIR.
