Virtual MILE Mission

Your Mission is to RUN/Walk/Swim or BIKE as many miles as you can from the time you register until October 24th to support our Veterans. The miles that count can be either outdoor or indoor on a treadmill. Ellipticals do not count. You can log your miles daily, you can even run 2 or 3 times a day and log your miles. Good luck! What is included in the Virtual Registration? *Participant Shirt *Finisher Medal *Bib Race packets containing the items above will be mailed out between November 6 and November 13, 2021. The cost of shipping is included in the registration fee. Virtual Race Rules: 1. Complete your distance on a pre-measured route, with a tracking device, or indoors on a treadmill. Complete your distance by 10/31/2021. 2. Document your run with a before and after photo. Start your watch as you take your first step and note your total time at the finish. 3. Post your results and a photo on our Virtual Event page on Facebook on or before 10/31/2021. 4. Connect with us on Social Media! Tag your photos on Instagram and Twitter with #VIRTUALSUFFOLKMARATHON

Dog Mile Mission

Marathon

*** ALL FINISHERS RECEIVE A FINISHER MEDAL*** *** Athletes must maintain a 15-minute mile. Athletes must pass mile 13mile before 10:50 a.m. Athletes who do not make the cut-off will not be able to continue. Athletes who miss the cut off will be transported back to the start line *** Due to our permit and police support on the course, this strict time cut-off must be enforced, with no exceptions. *** No Baby Joggers or Pets Are Allowed in the Race*** Connect with us on Social Media! Half Marathon
