Your Mission, is to RUN/Walk as many miles as you can for the month of October to support our Veterans. The miles that count can be either outdoor or indoor on a treadmill. Ellipticals do not count. You can log your miles daily, you can even run 2 or 3 times a day and log your miles. Good luck!
