5K Run

The Sarcoma Stomp 5K will take participants through the beautiful neighborhoods of Mammoth Oaks and Landsdowne. View the loop course under the Race Info>Sarcoma Stomp 5K Course tab. Register individually or start/join a team! Remember that teams may consist of runners, walkers, and cheering crew! It is totally up to you! Wear a creative costume or team shirt, and show us your Sarcoma Stomp spirit! We had almost 40 teams at our last Sarcoma Stomp!! Wow!!! Keep it growing!! Start2Finish Event Management and Timing offers an unparalleled participant experience. Using the industry-leading MyLaps Timing Systems and RacesOnline Results Platform, Start 2 Finish is working on your results from the moment you cross the finish line. Head to the results tent to view your live results on TV screens or type in your bib number on the touch screen kiosks and print out a receipt of your race statistics. Later relish in your success by watching your own personal video finish line clip and then print a Personalized Results Certificate for everyone to see. Awards are given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers as well as Masters 40+ male/female. Age group awards will also be given to the top 3 male/female finishers in the following categories: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24,25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65+. ALL CATEGORY WINNERS WILL RECEIVE CUSTOM RACE MEDALS AND PRIZES! FIRST AND SECOND PLACE AGE CATEGORY WINNERS (AGE 20-29 THROUGH 65+ ) WILL RECEIVE A GIFT CARD FOR A FREE ONE-HOUR MASSAGE AT MASSAGE ENVY (16 AREA LOCATIONS, INCLUDING ROCK HILL AND HICKORY)!! Please, no baby joggers or strollers are allowed during the 5K race in accordance with our event insurance policy, and for the safety of our participants.

Cheering Crew

Register as the Cheering Crew if you do not wish to participate in the 5K Run or 3K Walk, but would still like to come out and join the excitement of the day! You can also start or join a team as a Cheering Crew participant! Remember, teams may consist of runners, walkers, and cheering crew participants. It is totally up to you! Register and you'll receive a Sarcoma Stomp shirt that you can wear while making some noise for the runners and walkers crossing the finish line! IN FACT, PLEASE CONSIDER VISITING THE VOLUNTEER TAB AND SIGNING UP TO BE A RACE COURSE CHEER/MONITOR VOLUNTEER!

Walking

3K Walk

The Sarcoma Stomp 3K Walk takes our participants through the beautiful Mammoth Oaks neighborhood. The 3K Walk is not timed. Walkers do receive a custom race bib, but the bib DOES NOT HAVE A TIMING CHIP ATTACHED TO THE BACK SIDE. Register individually or start/join a team! Remember that teams may consist of runners, walkers, and cheering crew! It is totally up to you! Wear a creative costume and show us your Sarcoma Stomp spirit! We had almost 40 teams at our last Sarcoma Stomp!! Wow!!! Keep it growing!! Baby joggers and strollers may be used during the 3K Walk.
