The Ouch 2 Mile - In Person
This is the easiest race of the day that still provides great views and fun but with a little less soreness afterwards. This is the perfect race to do as a family as the course is relatively flat. Depending on the size of the group racing we might have to start in small waves or individually. Look for instructions via email in the days leading up to the race.
Ache Around the Lake 8K - In Person
The signature event of the day offers runners a fun filled lap around Lake Lanier. Depending on the size of the group racing we might have to start in small waves or individually. Look for instructions via email in the days leading up to the race.
The Trauma 12.4 Mile CHALLENGE - In Person
This race is only for experienced runners due to the difficulty of the course. If you need a challenge, this is it! *THERE IS A 4 HOUR CUT OFF for this race! The course follows the Ache Around the Lake course for the first lap. The second lap starts off following the Ache course but with a continued climb after GRUNT #1. Expect some pretty views as you gain in elevation. Take in some more sights of the lake before you hit the hill on Lake Road which promises to take your breath away! Enjoy some recovery on the descents and a flat section on Butter Street before you begin the final climb back up to the lake and the final descent to the finish line. The race will start at 7:30 AM and depending on COVID restrictions may be started in small waves or individually. Look for instructions via email in the days leading up to the race.
VIRTUAL RACE - Ache Around the Lake 8K
Run your own 8K anywhere between October 9 - October 23, 2021. You can submit your own results through RunSignup via text or through your profile. If you prefer to sleep in and just get a shirt, then this is for you too. There is no requirement to submit any results or times. Have fun with it! T-shirts will be mailed to all participants *If you wish to have a bib number you can print those off after October 1st.
VIRTUAL RACE - The Trauma 12.4 Mile CHALLENGE
Run your own Trauma of 12.4 miles anywhere between October 9 - October 23, 2021. You can submit your own results through RunSignup via text or through your profile. If you prefer to sleep in and just get a shirt, then this is for you too. There is no requirement to submit any results or times. Have fun with it!
Kids 1 Mile Fun Run
Kids Fun Run for ages 10 & under only please! This event will not be timed.
