The Ouch 2 Mile - In Person
This is the easiest race of the day that still provides great views and fun but with a little less soreness afterwards. This is the perfect race to do as a family as the course is relatively flat. Depending on the size of the group racing we might have to start in small waves or individually. Look for instructions via email in the days leading up to the race.
Ache Around the Lake 8K - In Person
The signature event of the day offers runners a fun filled lap around Lake Lanier. Plan on a mass start again in 2023. Look for instructions via email in the days leading up to the race.
VIRTUAL RACE - Ache Around the Lake 8K
Run your own 8K anywhere between October 7 - October 29, 2023. You can submit your own results through RunSignup via text or through your profile. If you prefer to sleep in and just get a shirt, then this is for you too. There is no requirement to submit any results or times. Have fun with it! T-shirts will be mailed to all participants *If you wish to have a bib number you can print those off after October 1st.
Kids 1 Mile Fun Run
FREE Kids Fun Run for ages 10 & under only please! This event will not be timed. FREE entry for kids made possible by the Ann Jacob Toms Fund at Polk County Community Foundation.
