One Mile Family Fun Run
This event is open to anyone, and is especially conducive for families, children, and walkers. Individual times are not recorded for this event. Trophies are awarded for the top finishers 13 years old or younger.
Beat the Heat 5K Run
This is the regular 5K race for all runners except the NC USATF 5K Championship competitors. This event is for all runners competing for age group awards. Prize money is not offered for this event.
NC USATF 5K Championship
This event is exclusive for the NC USATF 5K Championship competitors. Participants must have an active USATF number and meet the NC USATF Championship requirements (must be full time 12 month resident of NC and a member of the USATF North Carolina Association.)
